Medical tech services company based in Miami, United States is looking for a Costumer Service agent with the following profile:

Job Description

Provide high-quality and accurate resolutions to patients under stipulated policies and procedures, by calling them or answering phone calls that require assistance with connectivity issues that may arise from their home monitors to make sure high connectivity standards are met.

Responsibilities

1- Identify patients that require connectivity assistance with their cardiac devices home monitors.
2 – Help patients over the phone with instructions on how to set up their home monitors.
3- Troubleshoot over the phone, text or email connectivity issues that patients might have with their home monitors.
4- Order the necessary equipment to patients addresses in order to guarantee connectivity.
5 – Provide information to patients that might have questions regarding their home monitors.
6- Follow up on patients issues until its solved.
7- Document any actions regarding patient communications via the company platform.

Required Skills

1 – Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency
level (B2+ or C1 Level)
2- Comfortable troubleshooting electronic devices and working in different computer softwares.
3 – High School Completed
4 – Previous call center experience for a minimum of 2 years
5 – Active and effective communication.
6 – Costumer service experience.
7 – Proficiency with technology
8 – Work from home
