Supply Chain Forwarding

Company with operations in the US and Buenos Aires, is looking for a Supply Chain Forwarding Executive. We are hiring a bachelor’s in Foreign Trade with at least two years of experience in freight forwarding (mandatory requirement)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize the shipment of goods
• Coordinate all transport’s modes
• Manage customs clearance procedures, transport forms, and insurance documentation
• Track and communicate shipment status with customers in real-time
• Ensure shipments are delivered on time
• Handle regular and unexpected issues, including discrepancies, delayed arrivals and customs release
• Project planning and execution
• In charge of customer service for current and potential businesses
• Responsible for keeping and updating company’s system, including billing rate and interfaces with Financial Department

Skills needed for the position:

• Demonstrated experience in the above mentioned tasks and the freight forwarding industry (mandatory requirement)
• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
