Bilingual QA Analyst – Teleperformance

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and audit transactions to ensure that all Client and Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are complied.

• Analyze process monitoring data according to defined business rules and procedures.

• Identify and communicate the risks detected, suggest ways of internal control to mitigate the associated risks.

• Interact with other departments to improve or maximize the results.

• Participate in internal and Client's calibration sessions.

• Attend periodic trainings published by the Client / Company on a regular basis.

Requirements:

– Bilingual English (Essential condition)

– Similar previous experience.

– Intermediate Office skills.

– Completed High School (Essential condition)

– Place of Work: On-site in CABA (Downtown area)
