BIM Coordinator – ENG

For more than two decades, ENG has continuously developed new processes, tools and services for Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Trade Contractors, Construction Managers, Manufacturers, as well as Owners and Operators. Today, ENG is an internationally recognized Building Information Modeling (BIM) service and solutions provider.

We want to hire a BIM Coordinator.

The position reports to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

– Architecture or Civil Engineer degree.

– Advanced level of English.

– Advanced level of Revit MEP and Navisworks.

Main responsibilities/duties:

– Organize, prepare, assist / lead and summarize coordination meetings.

– Review and Audit BIM models and deliverables from design consultants and contractors.

– Negotiation with the client and determination (Delivery dates, Scope, Percentages, Change orders, LOD).

– Support and certification of modeling strategies (all disciplines).

– Ensure the understanding of the scope, goals, deadlines etc. throughout the team.

– Create and/or validate BIM files.

– Develop QC according to the project strategy.

– Lead (internal / external) coordination process.
