Chief Financial Officer – Digital HR

Responsibilities & activities

– Responsible for the Accounting, Reporting, Budget, FP&A Treasury & HHRR and tax declaration in all countries, including USA

– Key point of contact for BOD, Investors, Banks, Lenders, Suppliers and Clients, as well as Advisors.

– Build very strong relationship with suppliers, external advisors, clients, angel investors, international auditors and banks

– Responsible for the path of growth, form new relationships, drive measurable value, and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Advanced english skills (both written and oral)

+ 2 years minimum as a CFO in tech-based company

+5 years accounting and/or finance experience

International Tax Planning experience

General knowledge of Blockchain technology

Early stage start-up experience is highly desirable
