KaizenRH is looking for a Genesys Developers. Our client, a large IT consulting company has several openings for Genesys certified developers.

We are looking for professionals with any of the following experience / certificates:

Genesys Certified Professional

Genesys Cloud Certifications

Genesys PureConnect

Genesys Multicloud CX

Genesys Inbound Voice

Responsibilities and tasks:

Process flow design on Visio, whiteboard and documentation of projects.

Developer Data Actions (REST WS) Integrations for Genesys Cloud.

Design, Development and QA testing of IVRs with Architect on Genesys Cloud.

Secure communications development and troubleshooting on HTTPS, SSL Certificates and TLS.

Requirements

Work Experience 1-3 years

Genesys Certification is Mandatory

Modern Contact Center Experience, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud, OpenShift

Hands-on experience developing voice applications.

Strong Skills in Java, C#.NET or other backend development stacks.

SOAP/REST Web Services integration.

BS in electronics, Computing Engineering or related majors.

Fluent English
