Marketing Analyst for Software Company – English Required – Cybele Software

We are looking for an outstanding and versatile Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in the software os SaaS industry.

The ideal candidate is dedicated and self-driven, passionate about marketing and technology, and highly motivated to take our campaigns to the next level.

Data mining experience would be appreciated but is not required as a must-have.

What you ́ll do:

– Research customer and prospect behavior

– Explore market trends and new business opportunities

– Track and analyze marketing campaigns

Your key responsibilities:

– Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns

– Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement

– Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

– Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns

– Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data

– Recommend website and campaign optimizations

– Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, CRM, etc)

– Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition

– Analyze sales funnels and customer intent

Qualifications Required

– Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in a software or SaaS industry.

– Higher studies in (digital) marketing, design, or relevant field

– Expertise in Google Analytics

– Expertise in Hubspot Sales Reports & Performance Management

– In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices

– Experience with PPC campaigns

– Good knowledge of MS Excel

– Analytical abilities
