Estamos sumando Office Manager con nivel de inglés avanzado.

Condiciones: Contractor, full-time, long-term, remote y con pago en USD

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

– Check and approve employee time tracking

– Manage employee leave requests (holidays, sick leave, maternity etc.) and inform HR Administration

– Update records and HR management system with personnel data

– Receive and check employee expenses and submit to HR Administration for payment

– Manage on call and overtime requests

– Address employee queries regarding admin/office/labor related matter

– Conduct Onboarding/ Induction for new employees

– Collect and submit invoices to HR Administration for payment

– Collaborate with HR to maintain and implement office policies

– Liaise with service providers (alarm systems etc.)

– Ensure that office maintenance is correct (fire safety etc.)

– Comply with health and safety regulations and keep required documentation up to date

– Comply with data protection regulations and keep required paperwork up to date

– Stay up to date with changes in local laws (remote working etc.) ensuring compliance.

– Participate in HR Related Projects
