Overview:
Our client is looking for a Product Manager that will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, marketers, data engineers, and data scientists to develop a compelling vision. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the needs of our client’s customers and create delightful product experiences for end-users. You’ll partner with a product-oriented engineering team and cross-functional partners in sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver solutions that fuel the adoption and expansion of our client’s product suite. You’ll design workflows, interactions, prototypes, and visuals that are thoughtful and practical, leading to a direct impact on their customers.
As part of the team you will:
-You will incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
-You will understand our client’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
-You will own a product area, the roadmap, and the results, in collaboration with the product leadership
-You will engage deeply with our customers and discover amazing solutions that solve today's problems while optimizing for tomorrow's vision.
-You enjoy building products that are easy to adopt and use. You have a keen design sensibility, and you are always looking for ways to improve the usability of your products.
-You are comfortable, given a problem domain, to guide product definition, feature prioritization, and scope.
-You’re a fan of iterative development, working with our customers as well as cross-functional teams to hypothesize, measure impact, and learn from previous releases to iterate on future roadmap plans.
Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:
-Advanced English (spoken and written)
-You have 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company
-You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking
-You have built products with deep product and UX design requirements
-You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
-You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
-You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success
-Experience designing data and analytics products
-Ability to translate user and business goals into elegant solutions
-Self-starter who brings ideas to the table with the ability to take feedback and execute tasks
-You are adept at using tools such as Jira
-Understanding technical constraints and can effectively balance quality and speed.
