Job responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards
• Provide actionable insights that support data-driven results for the sales and marketing teams
• Work with various data tools with ability to quickly learn new tools and software
• Evaluate competitive data and industry trends
• Provide detailed information and analysis of events, marketing campaigns and sales promotions as they relate to retail sales
• Input sales information into various account data bases, manage product specs and new item on-line reports
• Create and coordinate end user surveys with research partners
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner with sales, marketing, product development, and leadership teams to influence the overall strategy of the product
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Communicate with outside sales reps to strategize and follow up on reporting
• Provide reporting and analytics on multiple stages of the pre-sales process
• Work closely with marketing, sales, project management, and professional services team to deliver SOWs, solution scope documents, and project plans to customers
• Maintain thorough understanding of Arktura’s products, services, and solutions including product licensing, pricing, internal processes and platforms for sales management, service fulfillment, product support, and licensing/billing
• Record activities and maintain current customer account information in Arktura’s Salesforce platform and utilize the platform as the system of record
• Measure, optimize and report on marketing campaigns and efforts using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other necessary reporting tools
• Conduct research on various facets of the influencer marketing industry, at the guidance of the senior management
• Implement content marketing initiatives using reporting and analytics
Language skills:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent English verbal and English written communication skills
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, professional services, and other internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, statistics, or relevant field
• At least 3 years’ experience in Research, Data Analysis and Content Marketing
• A highly analytical, intellectual curiosity with proven track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Proficiency with analytical tools, statistical packages, and basic data access
• Ability to work effectively with business, sales, and marketing partners to gather and meet the data needs of the business
• Proficiency with metrics to optimize content considering Sales and Data from various resources
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Google Suite, CRM System, and MS Office
